The cold frigid waters of Lake Superior turn into a paradise in July and August. The waters edge is an outdoor photographer's dream. The shoreline has been formed by millions of years of wear and tear from extreme weather. Follow our late July 2002 (26 mile) kayak trip around Upper Penninsula's Keweenaw Point.
